The Cornell Real Estate Club (CREC) was founded in 2010 to provide real-world exposure to students who want to learn about real estate beyond a classroom setting. Since its inception, CREC has served as the leading undergraduate real estate community, providing top-quality educational, professional, and networking opportunities for students interested in real estate.

CREC aims to ignite a passion for real estate among students new to the field. It provides a forum for individuals with prior experience to refine and expand their expertise and expose all students to industry professionals, real-world projects, and on-campus events. 
 
Over the past two years, CREC has experienced remarkable growth, with its membership tripling to over 2,000 members. This expansion has allowed CREC to diversify its offerings, including career treks to various cities, establishing two formal mentorship programs, increased industry engagement, and including prominent guest speakers. The club’s primary focuses remain nurturing career preparedness and fostering professional development.
