ADVANCED REAL ESTATE PROGRAM

The Advanced Real Estate Program is a highly intensive program offered in the Fall and Spring semesters, providing sophomores and juniors interested in real estate with general technical preparation through real-world application. Throughout the semester, students participate in workshops and weekly case studies hosted by upper-level students and advanced real estate professionals, conduct financial modeling, and more. These educational opportunities accumulate to an end-of-semester case study competition hosted by a real estate company. Walton Street Capital,  Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, and DiamondRock Hospitality and more have sponsored CREC AREP. Please contact our team if you are interested in hosting our next case competition.
